Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Lake Jocassee Dive Shop, you can return it for a replacement or full refund within 15 days of the purchase in new and unused condition ONLY. Return shipping cost is the purchaser’s responsibility unless an error was made by the manufacturer. It is recommended that insurance be purchased for returns in case of loss by the carrier.

Limited Warranty:
Excluding the material manufacturer’s warranty, Lake Jocassee Dive Shop will repair, exchange or replace any of our products at our discretion. Lake Jocassee Dive Shop limited warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
The purchaser of the product must contact Lake Jocassee Dive Shop to obtain authorization to return the product. The resulting RMA number must be displayed on or included in the returned product’s packaging. No returns will be accepted without this number.

Return Exceptions:
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Contact customer service if you have any questions.

Refund Breakdown:
Shipping & Handling fees will not be reimbursed. Only the price of the gear purchase will be refunded back onto your credit card. There is a 10% restocking fee.

Credit Card Charges:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy Turnaround:
All orders are processed, once payment is confirmed we will ship your order within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. All orders placed during the weekend might not get shipped until Monday/Tuesday of the following week.

Carriers:
Our primary carrier is UPS, however we can ship USPS & FedEx if requested. Contact us by phone prior to placing your order.
Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
